In Emeryville... We have one (possibly 2) rooms available, in an eccentric musical household. 420 friendl, in fact it would be best if you did smoke, or drink, just because we do, and in order to best work with our household you must be okay with late night activities, music and some house parties. We have laundry on site, 2 blocks from BART and safeway. We share Water, Electric, Cable and Garbage. We have a garage that we use as a music studio, so in you have drums, or instruments, we have room! We have a big backyard, and parking. Bonfire pit. Must be kitty friendly, but would prefer if you didnt have any animals, because we have 4 already. You must be: -Clean -Responsible -Respectful and non judgmental -Able to pay rent fully and on time (as well as bills) -Must like or play music (and be okay with late night piano) -420 friendly and/or likes to socialize. The rooms upstairs are in the Vegetarian sector of the house, so if you are more Veggie or can cook the meat downstairs that would be cool...
